TLC Care recently achieved a Hospitality Assured World Class Accreditation across the entire group, the first and currently the only care home group to achieve this accreditation. In addition to this, they won not one, but two awards, firstly, the Hospitality Assured Award for Service Resilience during COVID-19, and also their Karuna Manor Care Home won the Highest Scoring Newcomer in 2020 (Postponed due to the pandemic).
