National Stress awareness week

November 7 @ 10:00 am - 3:00 pm

Plan a relaxing day with a morning and afternoon session to rejuvenate the mind and body. Start with a morning yoga session led by AJ, followed by a refreshing lunch. Then, arrange for a meditation guide to lead an afternoon session to help everyone unwind fully. It’s a perfect blend of wellness and relaxation!
