Those who are living with dementia or supporting someone who is, are invited to attend our dementia cafe every last Thursday of every month. Come enjoy a cup of tea, talk, and exchange knowledge, ideas, and experiences.
We will have a representative from the well-renowned charity, Age UK as they will be discussing the outstanding work they deliver to the community.
To recognise World Alzheimer’s Day, we are inviting the community into our home to learn about our dementia care and visit our Dementia Library whilst enjoying a range of delicious treats and drinks.
We will have a range of delicious home-made cakes which can be accompanied with a hot drink. We ask for a donation to help raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support.
Silver Sunday is a national day where people of all generations come together to celebrate older people. We will be having an all-things silver party to celebrate with entertainment and refreshments.
