Currently, I serve as a Care Services Manager, where I lead a team of nurses and healthcare assistants. I focus on promoting person-centred support and ensuring that each resident’s unique needs and preferences are prioritised. With a commitment to fostering a collaborative and empathetic environment, I work to enhance the well-being of both the residents and the care team.
