I have been in the healthcare profession for over 12 years and really feel accomplished every single day, to me there is no better place to be other than here at Carlton Court.

Business Development Manager
George has been part of our TLC family since 2018. Starting out as our Wellbeing Lead at our Cambridge Manor Care Home, George has a passion for ensuring the quality of our residents lives goes above and beyond families expectations.
In 2021, George progressed to becoming a Business Development Manager at the same home before moving to Carlton Court in 2022. George’s top priority is to make sure that all enquiries and admissions to Carlton Court run as smoothly and easily as possible.
If you were to have any questions regarding Carlton Court, you can bet George will be there to answer your question with empathy, understanding and of course a big welcoming smile.

Hotel Services Manager
I became a part of the TLC family in 2022 as the Hotel Services Manager at Carlton Court Care Home. As such, my main responsibility is to oversee the Dining, Maintenance, Well-being, and Housekeeping Team to ensure that our residents receive exceptional customer service.
I place great emphasis on ensuring that our residents and their families feel at home and warmly welcomed here at Carlton Court. As an individual, I’m very passionate about maintaining our high standards and continuously providing outstanding services to our residents.

Finance and HR Manager
Previously I have been an Assistant Manager for supportive living which included managing the home and providing support to residents.
In May 2022 I joined Carlton Court as the Finance and HR Manager and I am excited to bring my experience as well as gain further skills to help provide support to residents and their families.
It is my responsibility to ensure that our back of house runs smoothly to ensure our residents receive the care and attention they deserve every day.
