Visiting a TLC Care home
Our mission, as ever, is to deliver the highest quality of care for our residents. As such, following Government advice and as we move into our next phase to keep our residents safe, we are asking that only essential visits are made to the home.
We have therefore decided to have no visitors other than health professionals. Where there will be exceptional circumstances, we may permit controlled visits, however, this must be prearranged with the home manager.
For all health professional we will be asking them to wash their hands, asking that they have no symptoms and will be undertaking a temperature check.
We are putting systems in place to ensure video calls can be made to your loved one, please speak with a representative within your local Care home for further details.
We understand this is a worrying and unsure time, but we do want to reassure you that we are doing all that we can to keep our residents and staff safe.
We will continue to update this page accordingly with the most up-to-date advice.
